1. Store operator and scope
DANIEL INC operates danielinc.store. These terms cover use of the website and purchases from this store. Please read our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy, which describe related practices and order conditions. Your mandatory consumer rights remain protected.
2. Eligibility and appropriate use
You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Supply accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. Do not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, impersonate others or interfere with its security or operation.
3. Products and availability
Product images help illustrate appearance. Colors may vary with screen settings and natural material variation. Refer to the displayed options before ordering. Availability, selection and prices can change. We confirm actual fulfillment availability when accepting an order and will notify you of any issue. If an accepted item cannot be supplied, you may cancel for a full refund. We do not make additional manufacturing, origin or performance promises unless expressly stated for a product.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Any applicable delivery charges and taxes must be disclosed before an order is placed. We do not add undisclosed fees after confirmation. Online payment is not enabled at present; the checkout does not accept card details or charge you. Visa, Mastercard and American Express graphics identify intended payment methods and do not establish active card acceptance.
5. Orders and acceptance
Review item, option, quantity, address and total before ordering. A checkout submission or automated acknowledgment does not by itself constitute acceptance. An order is accepted when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. If we cannot accept it due to an error, suspected fraud or inability to fulfill, we will notify you and refund any payment collected. We will not substitute products or increase a confirmed price without your agreement.
6. Delivery, cancellations and returns
Our Shipping & Returns policy sets out shipping estimates, delay choices, cancellation procedures, the 30-day return period, return costs and refund timing. Contact support@danielinc.store for assistance. Loss or damage in transit will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our published policy.
7. Intellectual property and links
Our branding and original store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party product names, marks and imagery belong to their respective owners. Display does not imply an affiliation or endorsement. External links and third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Website information and service
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available. We may correct errors and perform maintenance. If an error affects an order, we will contact you and offer a fair resolution, including cancellation and refund where appropriate. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every device displays content identically.
9. Responsibility and limitations
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, negligence where exclusion is prohibited, or any non-excludable statutory guarantee. Products carry all warranties and remedies required by applicable law.
10. Disputes and governing law
Contact customer care first so we can try to resolve a concern. California law governs to the extent permitted, without depriving you of mandatory protections under the law of your place of residence. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action, small-claims or other rights provided by law. Any court proceedings are subject to applicable jurisdiction and venue rules.
11. Changes and severability
Updates take effect when posted for future use and orders. The terms applicable when an order is accepted govern that order unless you agree otherwise or law requires a change. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
